HebeDoc will respond within 72 business hours confirming or denying your best price guarantee request. If your best price guarantee request is accepted, you will receive the “best price” available when you pay for your medical treatment.
Best Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions
- To apply for HebeDoc Best Price Guarantee, complete the form below within twenty-four (24) hours of your reservation with HebeDoc.
- The guarantee applies only with respect to a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when HebeDoc validates your claim, within the 24-hour period. Screenshots cannot be accepted as proof.
- The lower rate must be found online for the same medical procedure, with the same medical provider, on the same dates as reserved through HebeDoc and include the same options (free transport, free exam).
- The lower rate must be in the same currency.
- The lower rate must be the cost of the medical procedure less taxes and fees.
- HebeDoc will make the final determination regarding refund eligibility and the availability of a lower rate.
- HebeDoc will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through Medicaldepartures.com is completed and not canceled or the subject of a no-show.
- The Best Price Guarantee applies only to online rates available to the general public. It does not apply to membership, corporate rates, special discounted rates including, but not limited to military, government, or convention rates, frequent stay, loyalty, points, won through contests/sweepstakes, or through special promotions.
- Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact dentist isn’t known until after booking are also excluded from the Best Price Guarantee.
- HebeDoc shall not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Best Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by HebeDoc or the Medical provider.
- All claims must be verifiable.
- HebeDoc reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
- If the Best Price Guarantee claim does not qualify with our requirements, HebeDoc’s Terms and Conditions and the medical provider’s cancellation policy still apply.
