Some basic guidelines….

Before traveling, contact your insurance provider regarding coverage:

  • Is authorization, pre-treatment, required?
  • Reimbursement requirements, what are they?
  • The address for sending receipts following treatment.
  • Inform the clinic, you’ll be filing a claim, prior to traveling for treatment.
  • In what ways might they assist you?Mail receipts following treatment, to your insurance provider.
