When considering treatment outside the U.S., some research is advised… you will have questions. After five weeks of intense research, I know I did. I will spare you the details, ultimately, for me, it came down to this, no amount of research offers the same level of comfort that you get from talking to someone with similar sensibilities, that has actually been there and done this before.

Until speaking with Sally and family, I was prepared to fork over the 65k my dentist in Ca. was asking just for the convenience of having someone closer to home.

Facts – The U.S. does not have a monopoly on great dentist’s. I decided on Dr. C located just across the Yuma boarder in Los Algodonnes. My dentist in California is very good, but does not have the experience, knowledge, skill set as Dr. C, not even close.

The standard of care in Mexico is the first thing you will notice, the doctors, staff, are genuinely nice, actually care. The offices are immaculate, the technology is current, the staff bilingual. Missing is the wholier-than-art-thou attitude found in many dental offices in the States, the same attitude that can often make people feel ashamed when asking for help.

The atmosphere, environment in Mexico is so much different you may find yourself looking forward to your next dental appointment.

O.K., so Mexico has great doctors, the people are nice, they care. How do I get the ball rolling. What are my options. Do I fly to Mexico, need a passport, who will pick me up at the airport, take me to my appointments, where will I stay, for how long, is it close, all these questions and more will be answered by the folks at hebedoc.

I will forever be grateful to the folks at hebedoc, without sharing their experiences I may opted to keep my head in the sand and get treatment from less qualified, experienced dental professionals at home. The folks Hebedoc are doing God’s work.

They have done the hard part for us. The difficulty we all face, is how can we possibly trust someone we barely know, with something as important as our health. Ultimately, it’s all about trust. I suggest talking to the folks at Hebedoc, ask questions, give them the opportunity to earn your trust. Find out for yourselves, then spread the word.

BTW- my treatment is 65k in the States, 20k in Mexico. Dr. C is the man. I am receiving better treatment, by a doctor far more qualified, experienced at a fraction of the price my dentist quoted me in the States.

Best place to get dental work done. Professional and very clean.

This is my second visit. The first time was just some fillings and three crowns placed. This time around, I got some major work done. I had five root canals, 19 crowns, and three implants placed. It was a lot of work but it was done well. I love the fact that they work with you on all aspects of the treatment plan. I encourage everyone looking to have dental work done to do your research. My husband had his dental work done two years ago and everything still looks great! I’ll be going back for a check up in a few months and then another time to place the permanent implants.

The staff make you feel comfortable and are very accommodating. A huge thank you to Dr. Christian for explaining things to me and being patient. Much appreciation to Alexis, Mario, and the entire staff for making this a great experience.

I had almost no mandibular arch and 3 US dentists said they couldn’t help me. At Hebedoc, it was difficult but they kept trying and with their professional staff and state of the art clinic they got my implant supported lower denture to function like it should ,so now I can chew for the first time in years and couldn’t be happier.

The dental team gave a detailed explanation and pricing after exam – 20 old crowns replaced, one extraction. 2 root canals, deep cleaning and night guard to protect my investment. My bite was also improved. I will be back for checkup in 3 months to keep the warranty of this excellent team.

Also, Dr. Corrales who took my complicated case is one of the best oral surgeon in the business; humble as he is, he has magic skilled hands from smooth unpainful sedation injection, sinus lifting, bone graft, and implants which I had all , providing such high quality patient care and comfort with confidence and perfection. Hebedoc definetly took care of me, i had no idea what to expect when i flew down to los algodones. they picked me up at the airport, and transported me and my wife everywhere we went. I am having a all on 4 implants done, and they have explained the process very well, theres no language barrier, they all spoke english very well. I am really looking forward to returning in september to have my permanent teeth done, it was a very pleasant experience and i would definetly recommend Hebedoc.

I had all on 6 upper crowns put in. The bite just wasn’t right and after 3 months I returned and they replaced my total upper crowns with a new set at no cost.

Now they fit great .

My bite is natural and as strong as it ever was when I was young. I talk fine , I’m able to eat with no worries and they look great .

Ok, first thing. Real review, this is NOT made up. I am an RN of 30 years, I have bone loss. I needed an extraction of a molar and then to a already previously pulled molar, both upper on both sides of my mouth. I needed a sinus lift to both and a bone graft. To start the implant process. So I went to another dentist group first, that’s who I was scheduled with. I didn’t like the “Plan” they came up with or the cost. They were up selling me. I walked out and googled best implant dentist in Los Algodones. Dr. Corrales came up.

I called them right there and they said come in. I did. They took X-rays immediately and my dentist sat with me and explained everything that would be the best for me. He didn’t try to up sell me. He told me the truth, and the price was more reasonable than the previous one, and their clinic is clean, personal, not a stock yard running people through.

The next day we did ALL the work. He sent me home with antibiotics and some pain medication with complete instructions for care. That evening in our hotel room, I sat up and my mouth started bleeding. I called and left a message, he called me right back. And said come in tomorrow morning. I did. Another set of X-rays were taken and examination. One of the sutures had broken. He fixed that. We left town and headed home.

It’s been now a month and 1/2, and I am fine. Oh, yes. It’s not easy. But he did better and took care of me better than in the states. I will be going back 2 more times and then I will have my new implants. I give them a 5 star rating because of the quality, professionalism, cleanliness, aftercare and pricing. I am figuring out what else I need to have done with my next 2 visits. Maybe all veneers or beautiful crowns :).

I will continue with my review with my next visit. And then the end results. There’s nothing to take a picture of except holes in the back of my mouth. But do NOT doubt going here!! And beware of going anywhere else. Truth.

I Made my research before finally selecting Hebedoc. l with so many places to choose from it wasn’t easy, but let me tell you they did NOT disappoint and I’m glad I chose this place everything from the time you walk into the door and the receptionist receives you with a warm welcome, trough the procedure and all the way till end the service they provided was excellent I will continue to visit them for any dental procedures I need and also recommending everyone I know here.

My husband and I got our teeth cleaned and I had a whitening treatment done at this place on Friday 5-26. We didnt have an appointment. They took him then me so we did have a bit of wait on each other. Very friendly staff. His cleaning was $35 mine was $180 for the cleaning and whitening. They use a device to keep your mouth open which at first I was struggling with but the technician was very patient and kind and helped ease my anxiety. In the end, I like it because I didnt have to focus on keeping my mouth open, I almost nodded off during my treatment. My husband thought it was fantastic and said the US dentists should use it. They have a big screen TV and comfortable sofas in the lobby while you wait. We will be going back!!

I did extensive research before choosing this clinic and based on the existing reviews and the story of how Stu became involved led me to choose Hebedoc. One of the best decisions in my entire life. An absolutely fantastic experience. First contact was with Mario the driver. His personality is reassuring and relaxing. A great person! Alexis was the next. His professionalism and knowledge is very extensive and I knew I was in good hands from that moment on.

Next was Dr. Corrales, the best Dentist I have ever had…am 65+ and have had a few!!! He explains everything fully before proceeding, painless and gentle. After the examination Stu made a plan for complete care of all problems. Information was presented clearly and all questions were answered to satisfaction and the treatment began. I needed a minimum four months to heal an infection before returning for the second visit to complete the procedures. I had difficulties in traveling through Mexico on the return trip and was extremely late in arriving..10PM on a Saturday evening…David the office manager assured me a safe transfer to the California Hotel in Los Algodones. He came through!! Above and beyond the call of duty and there was no obligation for him to pick me up after hours on his day off. Many delays occurred during this bus trip through the Sonora desert for reasons I won’t get into. But both Stu and David remained in contact the entire time and gave a sense of comfort. It was a scary situation and without them I do not know how I would have handled the stress. The people in this clinic all sincerely care about the individual and you are not viewed as only a customer. I can never fully thank them for all they have done. The second treatment was awesome and everything was better than expected. Still have more work to do and it will be done at Dr. Corrales Clinic. This is the last and only dentist I will visit as long as I live. If you were also to choose this clinic you will not be disappointed!!! Modern equipment, competitive pricing and super clean facility with a staff that will make you feel at home. Don’t take my word.. read the other reviews and try it yourself!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
